Atrio is a major mixed-used commercial development in central Bogotá comprising two towers – North and South – with a large, open public space at ground level.
At 44 stories (+201.6m) and 59 stories (+268.8m)high respectively, the towers provide a total of 250.000m² of office space, public services and retail with up to 72.000 people expected to pass through every day.
The project is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the resurgence of a civic society in Bogotá.
Role:
Volumetric studies, structural coordination and development of the cladding package.
